If you do not have an appointment but would like to be seen on the same day, please contact the practice by telephone between 08.15 and 10.00 hrs to make an appointment for that day. For example when you have a (pain) complaint, or when your filling, crown or your dentures are broken or damaged.

We would like to hear from you if you are satisfied with your dentist, but even more if you had different expectations of our services. If you feel that you have been incorrectly or inaccurately informed or treated, we would be happy to find a solution with you in a personal conversation.
If no (satisfactory) solution is subsequently found, you can contact the Dental Information Point (TIP) or submit a complaint by letter to the Dutch Dental Association. Here you can read more about how to proceed in case of complaints.
