Your oral health is our priority. If you do not keep your appointment, we cannot guarantee the progress of your treatment and thus your oral health.
Wij maken u er daarom op attent dat wij indien u niet tijdig uw afspraak afmeldt – zijnde 48 uur van te voren – de voor u gereserveerde tijd te allen tijde in rekening brengen. Dit tegen een tarief van € 60,- per uur, naar rato van de voor u gereserveerde tijd. Let op: deze kosten worden niet vergoed door uw zorgverzekeraar.
We feel compelled to apply this rule in order to avoid downtime of the treatment room, dentist and assistant and thus not being able to help other patients as much as possible.
