Heeft u geen afspraak maar wilt u wel dezelfde dag gezien worden in verband met bijvoorbeeld een (pijn)klacht of wanneer uw vulling, kroon of kunstgebit is beschadigd, neem dan telefonisch contact op met de praktijk tussen 08.15 uur en 10.00 uur. U krijgt dan zoveel mogelijk een afspraak bij de tandarts voor dezelfde dag. Wij hebben vaste tijden gereserveerd in onze agenda hiervoor. Wij kunnen daarom niet altijd rekening houden met uw voorkeuren m.b.t. werk- of schooltijden.

We would like to hear from you if you are satisfied with your dentist, but even more if you had different expectations of our services. If you feel that you have been incorrectly or inaccurately informed or treated, we would be happy to find a solution with you in a personal conversation.
If no (satisfactory) solution is subsequently found, you can contact the Dental Information Point (TIP) or submit a complaint by letter to the Dutch Dental Association. Here you can read more about how to proceed in case of complaints.
